What is the type of the property and where is the location for all the property on sales?
We have bungalow, terrace and semi-D house, which is located at various place in Malaysia especially at Kelantan and also at Pahang. You may see the details of all the property on sales by clicking on 'Listings' above the tab.
What should I do if I am interested to buy the house?
Get in touch with our clerk, and she will check for your eligibility with our lawyer. If you are eligible, then we will proceed to the next stage and consult you until you get your dream house key.
How many homes should I look at before I make a purchasing decision?
It does not depends on how many the homes you see, but it is on how accurate the homes with your dream house. You will have a great consultation with our experts on choosing your home with your dream home's criteria, so that you will waste no time and energy for going here and there.
Can I get my booking fee for refund?
Yes, in case you are not getting the loan or in other words, you are not eligible to buy the house, then you will get your money back.
